   I have fibromyalgia and I use this hand massage tool to work out the painful knots that I get in my neck, shoulder and knee area. It is smooth and shaped perfectly for this purpose. It is also durable as I have accidently dropped it on a ceramic floor several times and there was no damage to the tool.. I also use it on my face as a gentle massage to stimulate blood supply, help with my TMJ symptoms.. It feels great.
