   I needed to add some easy protein to my diet and a friend suggested a protein drink, so I immediately thought perhaps Life Extension has one. They have four flavors, Vanilla, Berry, Chocolate and Natural. I tried the Vanilla and it was very good tasting, mixed in 4 oz. water easily (not granular tasting) and is somewhat economical. You get 50 servings from a jar and each serving is 17 grams of protein. There is a scoop provided in the jar. You can mix in yogurt, sprinkle on cereal or oatmeal, mix in a shake or drink in plain water. Amazon’s prices for Life Extension products is lower than anywhere and the shipping is free. I believe that’s even cheaper than Life Extension with a membership. I use many of their supplements and vitamins and they are the highest quality products out there.
