Excellent Supplement for Skin, Hair and Nails!,
I was first tempted to buy this product at a GNC store with the intention of trying it out and seeing if the claims were true. Within a week’s usage, there was a noticeable difference in my nail growth, hair texture and appearance of skin. My nails were growing faster and were stronger. My hair stopped falling relatively and I noticed a fairer complexion too (not just on my face but on my hands and legs as well). Initially I was skeptical about the 3000 mcg of Biotin in the product but having researched a fair amount online, I understood that since this is a water-soluble vitamin (B7), the excess doesn’t remain in the body and is flushed out. Also, the side effects documented in numerous sources were tantamount to almost nothing serious. I recently placed an order of two more bottles after my last one is about to deplete. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who beside the regular skin and hair care routine, would like to stay on top of their beauty regimen and seek/ maintain healthy skin, hair and nails!

|Absolutely LOVE This Product!,
I have been taking this vitamin for almost five months now, along with the WELLbeING multi-vitamin, and have had amazing results. My nails use to be flimsy and break off, but now they are strong and grow quickly. My skin even clears up on this product, and gives it a glow. Obviously the product does not effect the lower half of my hair, but my roots are never greasy and my hair has grown faster than normally.
The pill is small and easy to take. It does not have a strong smell either. I have no problems taking pills, but my roommate HATES it and has no problem swallowing these.
I HIGHLY suggest this product in mixture with the multi-vitamins. Believe me, you wont regret it.

these hair, skin and nail supplements seemed to really work. My hair is already thin, but after taking this supplements for about a month, I really started to see my hair thickened. It’s been two month now and I’m starting to see new length. My skin was never an issue, however I do see a more youthful glow (I’m 44) my nails are ok…I can see a little differents w/them not being so brittle like before. Overall, I would recommend these supplements if you are looking to thickened your hair. Like I said I never had a problem w/my skin, but using this produce I do see a differents in smooth, glowing and youthful looking skin.
