Works better than drug store pills,
I’ve been taking Unisom and vitamin B6 together as a morning sickness “cure”. In my first pregnancy I suffered from hyperemesis, so when I saw this product recommended on a hyperemesis forum I figured I’d try it. And these work so much better for me than drug store B6 pills! I can take a 100mg drugstore pill with my Unisom and it doesn’t work as well in subduing my nausea as taking just 2 or 3 of these and my Unisom.
The one downside is the taste — ok, maybe the “peppermint” ones taste better than the non-flavored ones, but they still don’t really taste awesome or anything. I mean, they’re not gross or anything, just not tasty. I’ve actually quit sucking on them and just swallow them like a regular pill. Whatever–they’re still working for me.

|Not my favorite,
I’m not sure if vitamin B-6 has to be taken under the tongue. I’m sure it absorbs more quickly this way. I don’t mind that so much, but these taste pretty funny and they take a while to melt.

|Yuck,
I bought this product because of an Obstetricians recommendation. She said you can take this to resolve nausea when it’s present, not a prevention of nausea. I puked immediately from the taste! It is gritty and chemical taste after the initial mint flavoring goes. This product, I’m sure suits other needs, but DONT use this to combat nausea!
