Surprised me! Heard it on Dr. Oz and it’s great!,
Just wanted to share that these artichoke tablets are helping me in more ways than one! I am thanking God to be a breast cancer survivor and I said that to say this: had my breast rebuilt using my tummy muscles and had some complications resulting in 4 surgeries on the tummy (last surgery was Jan 28th and today is April 14), AND docs said the intestines get a bit shocked after so much surgery and it takes a while for them to return to normal. I was taking laxatives and I hate to; ate the mess out of some grapes so I could go often (that helped SOME) and THEN, thanks to Dr. Oz, I learned about these! I ordered them and have taken them now for 3 days; the FIRST day my bowel movements were much better and I could eat a slice of mulitgrain bread now and then and before it would clog me real bad; so I recommend them and came on this morning to order some more! B4 I close, called Whole Foods in town and they have the liquid ones; never tried those but they said they were all out after Dr. Oz’s show. My hubby likes them too; seems to make me go naturally and regularly about 2 times a day and I only took 1/2 the dose (1 tablet with meals 2xs a day vs. 2 that are recommended on the bottle that often). |Artichoke ROCKS!,
I was actually looking for a different product called “Alcachofa” which is Spanish for artichoke. A few years ago in Arizona, I was using Alcachofa for appetite suppression (it is widely used in Mexico) and it worked like a dream.
Once I relocated to the Pacific NW I found that the brand of Alcachofa I had been using was either unavailable OR very expensive. Upon research, I discovered that Nature’s Way had a similar product, so I decided to give it a try.
BINGO! Same result. Great appetite suppression with ZERO side effects…and actually cheaper than what I had been paying.
For less than 5 bucks, give it a try and see for yourself. I take 2 tabs in the morning and 2 in the late afternoon with excellent results.

I have used this product for about a year and find that it addresses my digestive issues quite well. It is an excellent product at a reasonable price.
